Shipping Policy
We know that fast delivery is important to you but like all Internet retailers we rely on commercial carriers and we rely on you to be available to accept courier deliveries. Some deliveries require signatures, although some will leave parcels if this is stated on your order, but this is not guaranteed.
We use:-
DDU (DAP) is used for standard shipping and larger, heavier orders; DDP is only available in the United States and Canada.
All delivery times quoted are subject to stock availability.
Some Items are sent via manufacturers and delivery times may vary.
(Stock items are not necessary onsite at the shop, as some are in our warehouse, please always check before visiting the premises)
We will continue to keep you up to date with the status of your order from start to finish. If you include your mobile number on your order, you will also receive text message from our couriers.
Overseas Delivery Terms and Conditions
We offer competitive delivery prices to all major overseas destinations subject to the following terms and conditions.
The courier we use for overseas deliverys is UPS, DHL or FedEx
Shipping cost for all overseas orders will be confirmed by email prior to despatching goods.
Delivery Days are working days and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Certain premium delivery options such at times or weekend deliveries may be available at a surcharge dependant on the products and destination.
Our company denies any liability for any consequential loss caused by damaged or faulty items, delay in despatch or delays in carriers.
We cannot accept any liability involving third party contractors and would advise that no arrangements be made for installation until you are in receipt of your order.
Goods must be signed for upon delivery and any damages / shortages reported to us within 24 hours, as per our returns policy.
While we typically ship orders the same day or the following working day, we are unfortunately unable to guarantee that all orders will arrive on time.
The cost of returning any items to us is at the customers cost (see returns information).
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation / Returns

If you wish to cancel your order which have not been specially made or ordered, you can legally do so within 14 days of receipt of your products. To do so please contact us at: itigerfit@foxmail.com for authorisation and advise on best way to return such items.

Products are to be returned in perfect condition to: No. 1, Zhonghe Road, Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China.

Returning products is done so at your own risk and cost.

The products being returned must be securely packed to avoid damage, include contact information and if online order please include order number. We recommend returning the products by recorded delivery or DDU/ DDP.

We do not accept responsibility for goods returned by a customer to us, but which are not received.

We will refund all sums paid by you, less delivery charge.

Return of goods after 14 days is at our own discretion. Please contact us for further information.

Goods are not allowed to have been used or tested.

We process returns as quickly as possible. Please allow 7-14 days for us to handle your product return.

This refund policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Products that are especially made or ordered cannot be cancelled or returned for refund unless faulty or damaged.
Cancellation / Returns
If an item is damaged in transit or upon receipt of the goods, we must be notified immediately.
Damaged items will need to be returned to us with the following information included in the box:
Picture of the box shipped in
Picture of packaging
Picture of label on the box
Picture of damages
Consignment number
We must be notified as soon as possible about any fault / damaged items to ensure we can rectify this.
We will ask for proof that the item was faulty when purchased IF you ask for a repair / replacement within 6 months.
Warranty Returns Policy

Products that carry a manufacturer's guarantee can be returned, if faulty, to us for exchange during the warranty period.

Upon receipt of the faulty product our returns team will test/inspect the product or send back to the manufacturer. We aim to keep you informed along this process.

If the product is found to be faulty we will ship a replacement via our courier at no extra charge within the UK, outside of the UK the shipping charge will be payable before we return the product.

If the product is found not to be faulty then a £9.95 postage and handling charge will be payable before we return the product to cover our costs.
