We offer two material configurations for different operating conditions:(1) **POM body + NBR O-ring** - Suitable for water temperature: 5–45°C - Not resistant to corrosive acids, alkalis or cleaning agents. - Not recommended for water purifiers exposed to cleaning agents, oils or other chemicals for extended periods. For such applications, high-temperature POK material is recommended.(2) **POK body + VT O-ring** - Suitable for water temperature up to ~100°C (base material withstands 150–200°C short-term) - Provides long-term resistance to mild acids, alkalis and corrosive cleaning agents.(Only select models are in production, and minimum order quantity requirements apply.)#### O-ring Additional NoteFor formal certification requirements, peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings are the standardized option.While NBR and VT O-rings fully meet food-grade standards for household use, certification protocols require peroxide curing. Peroxide-cured VT O-rings are prohibitively expensive; peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings are a widely accepted, cost-effective alternative for certified applications.We can also accommodate requests for custom orders using peroxide-cured EPDM O-rings; the minimum order quantity is 5,000 to 10,000 units.PE tubing is food-grade polyethylene. Both comply with standards for drinking water use, non-toxic, no odor, safe for household water filtration systems.

NPT is a standard American tapered pipe thread (general type). The thread has a gap, requiring a waterproof gasket for a waterproof seal. NPTF is a standard American dry-seal tapered pipe thread. It features a precise thread engagement, enabling a dry seal.

Not recommended for long-term outdoor direct sunlight, which may accelerate aging. Please install indoors or cover for protection.

Products are packed in sealed plastic bags in fixed quantities, then placed in thickened cartons and securely sealed with transparent packing tape; Large shipments will have plastic pallets added to the bottom. As export shipments are subject to customs inspection and possible opening, we do not add an outer bubble wrap layer to facilitate inspection. The packaging is sturdy and reliable for international shipping.
